Return Policy
At Ariel Puzzle, we offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@arielpuzzle.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with:
A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package
Note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refund Notification
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customized Products
Customized products are unique and cannot be resold to others. To cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund. After production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds for customized products are generally not available unless one of the following applies:
The product packaging is damaged
The product is damaged
There is a printing error
The estimated delivery time has been exceeded
The post office confirms that the order was not delivered
The product has defects that affect normal use
The refund request is made within the 90-day return period. If any of these situations occur, please contact us at service@arielpuzzle.com, and we will issue a full refund.
